The tourist tax is €4.00 per person per night. Children up to 16 years old are exempt from the tourist tax.

In summer , we offer you the Silvretta Card Premium, which brings many benefits and savings. You will automatically receive the Silvretta Card Premium upon check-in.

Reservation Policy
To confirm a booking, reservations must be submitted in writing, either by email or post. A 50% deposit of the total booking amount is required within 10 days of the reservation, payable via bank transfer to secure the booking.

Bedding & Towels
The bed linen per person and towels are not included in the price.
Fitted sheets for the mattress and dish towels are provided on-site and included in the price.

Payment Options
The final payment must be settled no later than one day before departure.
We do not accept credit or debit cards—cash payment only.

Booking Confirmation
Your reservation is confirmed upon receipt of a written booking acknowledgment from us.

Travel Insurance
We recommend travel insurance to protect you from unforeseen cancellation costs due to illness, bereavement, job loss, or similar events. More details are available at www.europaeische.at.

Smoking Policy
All apartments are non-smoking.

Cancellation Terms
Our cancellation policies align with the General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry (AGBH). In cases of early departure or delayed arrival, the full apartment rate may still apply. To avoid these costs, consider purchasing travel insurance.

• 3 months to 1 month before arrival – 40% of total cost
• 1 month to 1 week before arrival – 70% of total cost
• 1 week before arrival – 90% of total cost

Final Cleaning Fees
We charge a one-time final cleaning fee of € 220,00 for each Apartment.

Short Stays
For stays shorter than 3 days, a surcharge will apply.

Daily Bread Delivery
Bread roll delivery is available. Orders must be placed by 6:00 pm for next-day service (not included in booking rate).

Parking
Parking spaces are available directly at our house.

Pet Policy
Dogs are welcome upon request.
